CITY CHICK 
2 lb. veal or pork in 1 1/2 inch cubes
2/3 c. crushed dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 lightly beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. shortening
1 chicken bouillon cubes

Thread veal cubes onto meat skewers (wooden ones from butcher). Combine crumbs and next 4 ingredients. Combine egg and milk. Dip meat in egg mixture then crumbs. In skillet brown meat slowly on all sides in melted shortening. Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add to meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
