1/2 pkg. finely crushed Oreo cookies (remove icing)
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix crumbs and butter. Pack in bottom of springform pan. 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. mini chocolate chips 1 tsp. flour

In large bowl cream together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.

In small bowl toss 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and flour together. Add to mixture and mix. Pour into pan with crust. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips (1/2 cup) on top.

Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees until lightly golden on top. Cool. Chill and remove from pan. Slice.
