OATMEAL WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter, melted

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small mixing bowl stir together eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture; stir until blended. Pour batter onto grids of a preheated, lightly greased waffle baker. Close lid quickly, do not open during baking. Top with fruit and yogurt or your favorite syrup.
