CHICKEN MARSALA 
Chicken breast slices
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. each oil and butter
1 sliced green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 c. hot water
1 chicken bouillon cube

Combine eggs and milk. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg then flour. Heat oil and butter. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove from pan. Saute onion, pepper, garlic until tender. Remove from pan. Add hot water and chicken cube. Boil uncovered 10 minutes. Return chicken and vegetables to pan. Add mushrooms to heat. Serve with buttered noodles and peas.
