MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 med. onion, grated
1 or 2 eggs, beaten (or egg beaters)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. basil
1/4 c. ketchup

Mix together, if too moist add a little bread crumbs. Form a loaf and place in casserole pan. Bake approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add a small can of tomato sauce near end of baking time. You can also stuff middle of meatloaf with mozzarella cheese for a change. Bake in a 325 to 350 degree oven.
