BUCKEYE BALLS | |
1 lb. confectioners' sugar 2 c. peanut butter 1/4 lb. butter 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 2 inch square or 1/4 stick paraffin Mix sugar, peanut butter and butter together thoroughly. Divide into fourths and chill dough until chocolate and paraffin is melted. Take 1/4 of dough and roll into small balls. With toothpick dip into chocolate leaving a small spot on to uncovered. Lay on waxed paper after dipped. Continue with rest of dough. The balls dip better if they are cold. |
