1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped fine

In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover and chill several hours. Serve with snack crackers or raw vegetables. Makes 3 cups.
