1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Confectioners sugar

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla. Work in flour, salt and nuts until mixed together. Form cookies into a ball and roll between hands (about 1-inch in diameter). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar. When cool, roll again.
