HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground lean cured ham
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix meats, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, pepper. Mold into 10 small loaves. Place in fairly deep dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over loaves. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes basting loaves occasionally. Yield: 10 servings.
