TACO CRESCENTS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can minced ripe olives (opt.)
2 eggs, well beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

1. Brown meat and onion; drain.

2. Add seasoning mix; mix thoroughly.

3. Add olives; set aside.

4. When cool, add in eggs.

5. Remove rolls from package and separate into triangles.

6. Place some cheddar cheese on each roll then top with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture. Roll up and shape into crescents.

7. Place crescents on baking sheet; bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
