CHELSEA'S KIELBASA CATALINA
The best thing about this recipe is that it's easy to play around with. Play with the proportions of rice and Kielbasa, add some onions, add your own spices, whatever you want to throw in there! Great as a main course, side dish, or an addition at a pot luck!

1 (14 oz.) box white or whole grain rice (Minute Rice)
1/2 (12 oz.) rope Kielbasa sausage (any kind)
1/2 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing (Kraft)

Cut the Kielbasa up into cubes. Place Kielbasa and Catalina into a fry pan.

Follow directions to boil the quick-cooking rice in a medium-sized sauce pan.

As the rice is started, turn on the burner for the Kielbasa on medium/medium high, stirring occasionally. Once Kielbasa has been browned, turn to low heat until rice is cooked.

Drain rice and put back into the sauce pan. Pour the Kielbasa over the rice and stir well. The rice should soak up most of the Catalina. ENJOY!
