MONKEY BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. vanilla "cooked" pudding
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Heat together until creamy, butter, brown sugar, pudding, milk and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Let bread dough come to room temperature. Cut into 1/2 inch slices, then cut each slice into quarters. Dip each piece into the sugar cinnamon mixture.

Place pieces into a 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Pour the creamy pudding mixture over the coated bread pieces. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees (with foil off) for about 35-45 minutes. Turn out of pan onto foil with edges turned up while still warm.
