WOODSMAN'S POTTAGE | |
1 c. lentils 1/2 c. dry brown rice 1-2 lg. onions, chopped 1 stalk celery, sliced 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional) 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. yeast flakes 1 qt. water Combine all ingredients. Place in an oiled 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 1/2-2 hours until rice and lentils are done and liquid is evaporated. Yield 6-8 servings. |
