MANICOTTI 
1 box jumbo shells
1 lg. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 piece of bread
1 (8 oz.) mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Boil shells. Add egg, crumbled bread, sour cream, and half of both cheeses to the meat. Stuff each jumbo shell with meat mixture an layer in a 9x13 casserole dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over all shells. Top with remaining cheeses. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
