EASY CHILI 
2 lbs. of very LEAN chopped beef
2 cans of Hormel chili with no beans
1/2 lb. of hot Mexican Velveeta
1 can of Rotel tomatoes

Brown meat in large pot, drain. Add other ingredients and cook over LOW heat for awhile. Serve as dip with chips. Or serve in bowl with chopped onion and cheese and crackers. Or serve over hot tamales.
