SNOWBALL SALAD 
3 bananas
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut in pieces
3/4 c. sugar
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 flat can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mash bananas and cream with sugar. Mix all other ingredients together with bananas. Put in oblong dish and freeze overnight. Top with cherry halves and cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf. Can be kept frozen 3 or 4 weeks.
