Beef stew meat
Potatoes, carrots & celery, cut into chunks
Onion, sliced
1 pkg. frozen beans
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. tomato juice

Just put in the oven at 300 degrees for 3 1/2 hours and it does the rest!
