PAULETTE'S FROSTED SALAD 
3 oz. lime Jello
3 oz. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 c. drained crushed pineapple (save pineapple juice for frosting)
2 sliced bananas
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix Jellos, water and 7-Up and chill until thick. Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Then frost.

FROSTING:

1 c. pineapple juice
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Cheese
1 egg, well beaten
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. butter

Heat ingredients until thick and smooth. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Cool and fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Frost Jello mixture. Grate cheese and sprinkle on frosting. Refrigerate.
