IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE | |
12 slices bacon, about 1/2 lb., crisply fried and crumbled 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.) 1/3 c. finely chopped onion 2 c. milk 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any leftover quiche. 6 servings. |
