CURRY CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped apples
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken and cool. Cut chicken into cubes, or shred. Mix with all other ingredients except mayonnaise. Add enough mayonnaise to make the salad moist. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in pita pocket.
