CREAMY BANANA PECAN PIE 
1 C all-purpose flour
1 C finely chopped pecans
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 large firm bananas, sliced
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 C butter, softened
1 C confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 1/3 C cold milk
Additional chopped pecans, optional

Combine flour, butter & pecans. Press into bottom and up sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in 1 C of whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange bananas on top. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk. Immediately pour over bananas. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with chopped pecans if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
