ELDERBERRY PIE 
1 qt. berries
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. (heaping) flour
Pinch of salt
Butter
Cinnamon
1 tbsp. vinegar

To quart of berries, add sugar mixed with flour and salt. Add generous piece of butter, sprinkle with cinnamon. Last add vinegar. Bake for 15 minutes in 375 to 400 degree oven. Reduce heat to 325 to 350 degrees until done, about 1 hour.
