OVEN BARBEQUED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. ketchup or chili sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (3 - 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up

Combine chili sauce, water, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt and pepper, onion and simmer in saucepan. Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Spoon half of sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste with the remaining sauce. Serves 4 to 6.
