1 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids. Bake in 8 x 8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice with caramel or cream cheese icing.
