3/4 oz. instant oatmeal 2 tsp. honey walnuts 2 tbsp. cold water 2 env. Swiss Miss diet cocoa mix 2 tbsp. raisins 2 pkg. Equal Combine all ingredients. Do not cook. Freeze mixture on a paper plate lined with waxed paper. Cut into bars. Food exchanges: 1 fruit, 1 bread, 70 optional calories. |
