BROWN SUGAR PIE 
9" unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. half and half

Combine sugar and flour. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Gradually add butter and cream and mix until well combined. Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream.
