MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chicken breast, boiled, cubed
1 sm. can chopped green peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lg. bag nacho flavored corn chips
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Grease casserole dish. Put chips in dish. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour mixture over chips. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
