APRICOT BALLS 
1 lb. dried apricots
1 lg. orange
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Grind apricots and oranges together, add sugar and cook over slow heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool until mixture can be handled. Add nut meats. Grease hands with butter and roll mixtures into balls and then in confectioner sugar. Store in container with tight fitting lid. Makes 3 dozen.
