CARROT SALAD 
2 pkgs. carrots, sliced, cooked, drained
1 mango pepper, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. pepper & salt
1 can Campbell's tomato soup

Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
