AVOCADO AND HEART OF PALM SALAD 
Ripen avocados in brown bag. 1 (14 oz.) can palm, sliced 3 avocados, diced

Mix next 6 ingredients. 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 3 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 sm. grated onion 1/3 c. oil (not olive) 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Toss at last minute.
