WET CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Do not use mixer.

Combine in a large bowl:

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour

Bring to boil:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water

Pour second mixture over first mixture. Mix. Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 well beaten eggs. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. sweet milk

Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 box powdered sugar. Pour over cake while hot.
