WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
12-15 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, sour cream and butter in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow creme and nuts. Mix until well blended.

Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch pan. Refrigerate. Cut into squares before candy is completely hardened. Return to refrigerator and let candy finish getting hard.
