RED VELVET CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines pudding yellow cake mix
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 bottle red food coloring

Mix cake mix and cocoa. Add oil, water and eggs. Blend well. Then add vinegar and food coloring. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour in greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter

Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together and frost cake.
