TOSSED RAW VEGETABLE SALAD 
1/2 lb. (1/4 of a med. sized) green cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 lb. carrots, finely grated
1/2 lb. red cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 green pepper, sliced
1 fresh pimento or red pepper, slivered
1/4 head cauliflower separated into flowerets & sliced crosswise

Combine vegetables in a bowl. Serve with favorite salad dressing. Yield 6-8 servings.
