2 c. nuts
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice

Toss nuts with eggs. Roll in mix of sugar and spices. Line parchment paper in shallow baking dish. Spread and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
