SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1 1/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. coarse dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Mix well with fork. Bake in well greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
