GREEN RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. chopped fresh or frozen spinach
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
2 beaten eggs
Salt to taste

Mix above ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a covered casserole.
