CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
4 breast halves, frozen
2 tbsp. oil
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. oyster sauce or more
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Can chicken broth or 1 c. water

Slice chicken brats while still frozen into thin slices (with sharp knife). Add 1 tablespoon oil to hot wok or deep pan. Add garlic; brown until golden. Add sliced chicken breasts. Stir constantly until almost done, about 2 minutes. Remove chicken. Add oil; stir in broccoli approximately 4 minutes. Add chicken broth or water; bring to a boil and add sugar, oyster sauce, when boiling, add cornstarch, mixed with water. Stir in chicken. Serve with rice.
