SPICY BAKED RHUBARB (Yum) 
1 lb. rhubarb
1/3-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
6 whole cloves
1/3 c. water

Trim rhubarb, split lengthwise if real wide and cut in 1 inch lengths. Mix sugar and spices in shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add water and rhubarb; mix well. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or rhubarb is a little tender. You can add (top) with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. This is easy and tastes great. For 4 servings.
