CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour or 1 c. rice flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and liquids. Beat until smooth. Bake in 8 inch square pan at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
