SOUR CREAM ROLLS 
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
12 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. warm water
6 c. bread flour

Dissolve yeast in water and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Set aside. In a large bowl, add all other ingredients, except flour. Add yeast mixture to sour cream mixture. Add flour to this until the mixture is not too sticky to handle. Set dough in a clean, oiled bowl and cover with cloth to let rise until doubled in size. Punch down dough and make into rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
