HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash garlic salt
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
Cooked noodles or rice

Brown meat, add onion and garlic, cook until onion is soft. Stir in flour, add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 minutes. Add soup, mushrooms, and simmer 15 minutes. Fold in sour cream and heat only until warm. Serve over noodles or rice. 4 to 6 servings.
