SOURDOUGH STARTER 
2 c. flour
2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast

Let stand uncovered in warm place overnight or up to 48 hours. Feed every 3 to 5 days with: 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. milk.

No. 2:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Let stand 4 to 14 days. Feed with same every 3 to 5 days.
