Fudge Cake 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, cocoa and water to boil. Pour over flour and sugar. Stir. Do Not Beat! Add buttermilk, mixed with soda, eggs and vanilla.

Bake at 350°F until cake tests done.

Frosting:

1 stick melted butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Adding pecans or walnuts optional.
