CURRANT TARTS | |
1/2 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. currants Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Line a 12 place muffin tin with pie crust. Fill with mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. I use a big cookie cutter to cut pie crust. It fits just right into a muffin tin. |
