SCANDINAVIAN SALAD 
1 can French string green beans, drained
1 can green sweet peas, drained
1 bunch celery, chopped (best)
1 can pimientos, drained & cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up (white or purple)
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil (Wesson, etc.)
2 dashes paprika

Sprinkle salt over vegetables. Mix in quart jar vinegar, water, sugar, oil and paprika and shake well. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Drain well.
