CURRY-HONEY CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken thighs, skinned and boned

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sauce thoroughly. Cut chicken to bite-size pieces and add sauce. Place in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue to bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 2 servings.
