SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM 
Peeled and sliced potatoes
Sliced ham
Salt and pepper
Flour
butter
Milk

Using a casserole or pan - layer potatoes, sprinkling with flour, salt, pepper and butter. Then a layer of thin sliced ham. Repeat until just below top of container. Use enough milk until it peeks through the top layer a little. Bake covered in 350 degree oven about 50 minutes or until potatoes are done. This is a good way to use leftover ham. I sometimes add a little dried diced onion as I layer or Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
