TUNA SALAD 
2 c. macaroni
2 qts. water
1 tsp. salt
1 can tuna fish
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. mayonnaise

Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse until cold; mix well with mayonnaise. Add tuna fish, hard boiled eggs (chopped), chopped green peppers, diced celery, and salt; mix well. Place in refrigerator until cold. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
