SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lg. onion
4 cloves garlic
2 stalks celery
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Beer or wine to taste

Brown meat and drain excess fat. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and celery. Add tomato paste and sauce and seasonings. Cook and stir until heated through. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve over cooked pasta. Serves 4 generously.
